Hitt Hosting HR ("we", "us") collects and processes data to provide an applicant tracking system. This page summarizes the categories of data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, organization affiliation.
• Hiring data: positions, candidates, applications, scorecards, interviews, offers.
• Voluntary EEO self-identification (when invited): aggregate-only, separated from hiring decisions, admin-only access.
• Usage telemetry: pages visited, actions taken (for product improvement).

How we use it

• To run AI matching and screening on positions and applications.
• To produce reports and EEO/OFCCP compliance data for your organization.
• To improve the product (we never use customer data to train external models).

Data sharing

We don't sell data. Subprocessors include Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI inference), Resend (email delivery), and SAM.gov (public verification). All under DPAs.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@hitthosting.com.

Security

Encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security on every table. Separate audit log for sensitive actions. Annual SOC 2 Type II audit.
