Resume Parsing

Drop a PDF, get structured profile data in seconds.

Resumes come in 50 different formats. Our AI parser turns any of them into structured profile data — name, title, experience, skills, certifications, clearance — in one step.

What you get

Built to solve the actual problems hiring teams hit every day.

PDF + paste support

Drop a PDF, paste resume text, or upload a .txt/.docx — all extract correctly.

Structured output

Personal info, experience, skills, certifications, clearance, agency familiarity — all auto-populated into the candidate's profile.

Auto-create skills

New skills detected on parse are added to the master skill list and tagged to the candidate.

Bulk import

Upload a CSV of candidates with resume URLs and let the system parse them all overnight.

How it works

2

Upload a PDF/DOCX/TXT or paste raw text into the textarea.

3

AI extracts

In ~3 seconds, structured fields are populated and a parsing summary is shown.

4

Inline edit anything that's wrong before saving to the profile.

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

What file formats work?

PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, and pasted text. PDF support uses native AI document understanding (no separate OCR step).

Will it overwrite existing profile data?

No — fields are filled only if currently empty, and you preview the merge before accepting.

Can it parse non-English resumes?

Yes, multilingual support is built in. Output is normalized to English field names but preserves original-language detail.
